Story of the Work:
These pieces began as an Iowa barn purchased on eBay.
Assisted by my four brothers, the barn was disassembled
and moved to Texas. Over the last six years I have re-imagined
these timbers into something new.
Artist Bio:
Chip Patterson studied art and architecture at Texas A&M and in Florence Italy. He is degreed in Architecture and Environment Design and worked in this field before shifting to the virtual art world. Chip has had a very succesfull career as a digital artist in the video game industry for many years and is now taking his fine art practice into the public realm.
